Brief

Gamified Productivity Platform

HackYourBrain helps users “hack” their motivation gamified tools, XP rewards and personality-driven focus strategies inspired by various tips and procrastination coping methods.

Process

• Discovery: interviews & procrastination behavior mapping
• Concept & UX flow: Designed the full user journey including a Brain-Mode Quiz, category-based hack system, interactive XP tracking, and a personal profile dashboard with favorites, stats, and achievements.
• Design: Created all visuals, color systems, and responsive layouts based on user feedback.
• Frontend: Built every page in HTML, CSS, JS and JSON with XP tracking, checklist, and Pomodoro tools. Simulated a working login system with localStorage to store username, profile data and XP across pages (visually identical to a real login experience).
• SEO: Implemented on-page SEO with meta titles, descriptions and Open Graph / Twitter tags for each page, ensuring optimized previews and accessibility.
• Team input: My group helped by validating ideas, creating surveys and a couple of videos for some motivation hack-cards, and conducting user tests for final adjustments.

Booking & info site for packaged overnights in Danish nature.

Naturnat makes it easy and safe for anyone to sleep outdoors by offering “packaged trips” (tent, provisions, firewood, etc.) and a guide who greets guests on-site at publicly accessible locations. The website clearly explains what’s included and streamlines the booking flow.

Process

• Discovery: Mapped first-time camper concerns (gear, safety, where to sleep) and identified key info gaps.
• Concept & UX flow: Locations → Date & extras → Confirmation, including clear “meet the guide” hand-off.
• Design: Warm, calm visuals; nature photography; icon system for amenities; responsive cards and a simple map view.
• Frontend: Built the entire site in HTML, CSS, JS and Bootstrap with accessible modals, sticky CTAs and light form validation.

As part of a design brief, our team (acting as a creative agency) was tasked with developing the identity and communication for a brand new festival concept for 2026. The fictional client wanted a festival that could stand out in the experience economy while promoting sustainability. Our agency designed the full concept, visual identity and cross-platform communication strategy, including the festival’s mascot (my task along with festival visuals), which became the central figure in branding and engagement.

Brief

Create a playful, social-first mascot for Social Swipe Festival that communicates meeting new friends, swiping, and earning points (Friendship Pass). The mascot should work in app UI, merch, signage and large-scale stage assets.

Process

• Exploration: iPad sketches and AI ideation to widen directions.
• Selection: Team poll → speech-bubble & phone concepts scored highest for “social” clarity.
• Iteration: Multiple variants; breakthrough version with bucket hat + shades (youthful, festival vibe).
• Design decisions: Squared bubble silhouette, detached hands/feet to emphasize bubble tail and enable easy animation & posing.
• Refinement: Color tests from style tile; accessory system (hat, shades, wristband, drink) for mood variations.
• Production: Vectorized in Adobe Illustrator; export kit for UI, print, stage, and parade-balloon concept.

Design rationale

• Relatability: bucket hat + shades signal youth culture og festival chill.
• Clarity: speech-bubble = conversation & connections; fits “Swipe for venskaber”.
• Scalability: reads at 24px in UI and as giant stage balloon; simple shapes, bold edges.
• Animation-ready: floating hands/feet for easy rigging; clear mouth/eyes for expressiveness.
• Consistency: colors lifted from Social Swipe style tile for cross-touchpoint harmony.

Outcome

A cohesive, motion-ready mascot system used across app mockups, badges, stage visuals and photorealistic event renders. Clear social messaging, playful identity, and production-ready vector assets.

School project description

As part of a cross-platform campaign assignment, our team developed a video campaign for a company working with circular economy. I focused on the visual identity, style guide, product mockups and the storyboard illustrations for our concept.

Brief

Create a campaign concept with four videos (5s, 15s, 30s, landing page version) promoting a sustainable product from an existing brand. My team chose Arla JÖRD and proposed a new environmentally friendly iced coffee variant.

My role & process

• Style guide: Defined the visual language by analysing Arla’s existing JÖRD packaging (minimalism, flat shapes, and soft natural tones).
• Mockups: Designed the full iced coffee packaging concept using warm browns and greens to communicate both flavour and sustainability. Introduced a green hummingbird as the product mascot. Symbolising energy and environmental harmony within the JÖRD universe.
• Storyboard: Illustrated our second video script where the product’s circular life cycle is visualised through the user’s experience (from fridge to recycling and back).
• Collaboration: Contributed concept sketches, voiceover guidance and feedback on campaign visuals across formats.

Outcome

A cohesive visual direction that could scale across packaging, social media, and motion. The mockups and storyboard helped define the tone for the final campaign: bright, responsible, and modern while staying true to Arla’s JÖRD aesthetic.
